Procedure :
過程:
Step 1步驟1:
Clean the squids and the cut them into 1cm width rings
洗凈魷魚,切成1cm寬的環(huán)。
Step 2步驟2:
Gently fry the chopped garlic and chilies in hot olive oil
用熱橄欖油清炒蒜末和辣椒。
Step 3步驟3:
Add the squids, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes at medium-high heat
加入魷魚,鹽和胡椒粉,中火加熱10分鐘。
Step 4步驟4:
Add the tomato pure and simmer for 40 minutes
加入番茄,小火煮40分鐘。
Step 5步驟5:
Add the parsley and a drizzle of olive oil, serve it alongside a slice of bread which has been heated in the oven or in a pan.
